At Stephen Johnstone & Son, we offer a selection of traditional funeral packages to suit all individual needs and requirements, our aim is to always add that personal touch to your loved one’s special day.
We also have numerous options for burial and religious preferences, to ensure that we provide you and your loved one with a tailor-made funeral service they’d be proud of.
All of our funeral packages include all Funeral Director’s services fees, conducting the funeral arrangements, completion of paperwork, our communication with the relevant third parties, any required home visits to discuss arrangements and our 24-hour guidance and support service.
LOW COST UNATTENDED FUNERAL
- Direct cremation with no mourners present
- Doctor’s fees
- Cremation fees
- Simple coffin
- Preparation for cremation in our professional mortuary facilities
- All transportation in a specialised funeral vehicle
- Ashes scattered in the gardens of remembrance or returned to you upon request at an additional cost*
- Additional services can be added.
INTIMATE FUNERAL
- A short time in the chapel to say a few words and witness the committal for up to 12 people
- Choice of music
- Doctor’s fees
- Cremation fees
- Simple coffin
- Preparation for cremation in our professional mortuary facilities
- All transportation in a specialised funeral vehicle
- Return of ashes in a simple container*
The cremation will take place at 9am at one of our chosen crematoria nearest to the place of rest on an available date of our choosing
ATTENDED FUNERAL
- A full service in the chapel with a ceremony and no limit on attendees
- Choice of music
- Doctor’s fees
- Cremation fees
- Simple coffin
- Preparation for cremation in our professional mortuary facilities
- All transportation in a specialised funeral vehicle
- Return of ashes in a simple container*
The cremation will take place at one of crematoria nearest to the place of rest at an available time and date of your choosing funeral service low cost funerals
THE CURZON
This option is family orientated and allows you to spend time with your loved one before the day of the funeral. This consists of:
- Collection of your loved one & bringing them into our care.
- The provision of a Huyton fully fitted coffin.
- Doctor’s, Minister’s and Crematorium fees.
- The use of a hearse on the day of the service.
- The use of a limousine on the day of the service (seats 7 people).
- Hygienic Treatment
- The choice of either a medium sized fresh floral coffin spray OR the designing & printing of 30 Memorial Cards.
- Unlimited use of our private Chapel of Rest.

This is a sublime funeral package, which includes everything you would need to give your loved one an amazing funeral service. Consisting of:
- Collection of your loved one and bringing them into our care.

- Doctor’s, Minister’s and Crematorium fees.
- The use of a hearse on the day of the service.
- The use of a limousine on the day of the service (seats 7 people).
- Hygienic treatment.
- Designing and printing of 50 Memorial Cards.
- A large coffin spray made from your choice of fresh flowers.
- Unlimited use of our private Chapel of Rest.
